Welcome to HalerEase. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.halerease.com) and your purchase of any products from Easy Breathe Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.

HalerEase is an assistive device designed to help users actuate compatible pressurised metered-dose inhalers (pMDIs).

It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should follow healthcare professional guidance on inhaler use at all times.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our secure checkout.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please emails us immediately at info@halerease.com. Please note that it is not always possible to amend or cancel an order which has been processed. If we are unable to amend or cancel your order we will ask you to wait for delivery and then return it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Products are unavailable,

  • Pricing errors occur, or

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund promptly.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your product, please contact us at returns@halerease.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable period, please contact us at returns@halerease.com with details and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Use of the Product

HalerEase should be used only with compatible inhalers and in accordance with the provided instructions.

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of the product,

  • Failure to follow instructions,

  • Use outside intended purposes,

  • Medical outcomes related to inhaling technique or inhaler medication.

Always consult a healthcare professional for advice on inhaler use and treatment plans.

Children or the infirm should be assisted in using HalerEase by a competent adult.

HalerEase is made from polypropylene (PP plastic). Allergies to polypropylene are very rare, but if you have any known sensitivities or allergies to plastics or similar materials, please consult a healthcare professional before using the HalerEase.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using our site, you consent to this processing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, graphics, logos and design elements, is owned by Easy Breathe Ltd or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses,

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or data,

  • Any claims arising from improper use of the product.
