Shipping policy
All orders are despatched quickly and securely, so your inhaler aid will arrive promptly and in perfect condition.
Delivery costs
We charge £3.95 delivery for each order, regardless of the number of devices included.
Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. Delivery is not available to the Channel Islands, Crown Dependencies or BFPO addresses.
Delivery timescales
When purchasing your order, you are welcome to specify a different delivery address to your payment address.
Your order will be despatched within one working day of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email when it’s been sent. (Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays).
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and delivery usually takes two to four working days from the date of despatch.
If you’re not at home when they attempt to deliver your order, they may re-deliver on a later date or leave a card with further options.
Missing items
If your order has not arrived after seven full days, or has arrived incomplete, please contact us at info@halerease.com and we’ll check when it should be with you.

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes.

No, we only deliver within the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland.
