If you’d like to return your HalerEase inhaler aid to us for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to return your inhaler aid

To start your return, please email us at returns@halerease.com. Please include your name, email address and order number.

We will email you back to confirm the next steps.

If we ask you to return the inhaler aid to us, carefully package it and return by post or courier. Please obtain proof of postage.

If your HalerEase was delivered damaged or faulty we will refund you the cost of postage to an agreed amount. If you chose the wrong size, or changed your mind, we’ll ask you to cover the cost of posting the HalerEase back to us.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected your returned item.

Funds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. 

Exchanges

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
