How to Return an Item

Email us at returns@halerease.com with your order details to begin the process.

• Once confirmed, carefully package your product and send it back to us.

• Return labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once we receive your returned item.

• Funds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 working
days.

Exchanges

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange. Email returns@halerease.com and our team will guide you through the process.

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• Standard Shipping Fee: £3.95 per order.

• Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of purchase.

• All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail.
